January 2009 at the Vertin Gallery: Wintering: Into the Hive
This body of work will include 2-D works on cradle board which will be an exploration of encaustic and beeswax collage. There will also be illuminated 3-D pieces (Melissae)..guardians of the hive. The Sylvia Plath poem "wintering" is also an inspiration for the body of work.
